   Hello, I am hoping to make this for my <a href="http://yeneffhbdua.com">dauhetgr</a> for Christmas, but I have a quick question. I was wondering how soft this blanket turns out to be, like is it uncomfortable to seat on top of the blanket due to all the knots? My <a href="http://yeneffhbdua.com">dauhetgr</a> loves soft blankets and I wanna make sure this fits the bill for her lolThanks

   Hey Starr- I love it that you're attempting this pjroect. You could definitely add other little gathers in there. Also, when you sew the quilt top to the duvet, it'll straighten out your lines (my duvet had lines on the back that I matched up to the square lines to make it foolproof).    Where can I send the picture? And I am <a href="http://pjtymwhg.com">detieifnly</a> making it, I am getting the supplies this weekend so I can have it finished in time for when I get my new bed. I think my mom likes how this is one of those quilts/coverlets/blankets that looks sort of vintage, because the bed I am getting is an old four-poster one we have had a long time and she didn't want neon bedding or anything (not that I would actually buy neon bedding.).
